We began as the shared finance team of Monstarlab, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (5255). From Dhaka, we handled accounting and IFRS reporting for group companies across Europe and the Middle East. Our ERP team grew out of that work, and today most of our ERP work is for clients outside the group.
Joined MLES in 2021 as an accountant and now manages our ERP and finance projects. Before that, he spent five years in audit at chartered accountancy firms in Dhaka, including a garment manufacturer. Works with NetSuite, ERPNext, Odoo, QuickBooks and Xero.

Yes, as part of every implementation. Data cannot be copied across directly from another system, so we export it from Tally, Excel or your current system, clean it with your team, then import it into MonstarERP: opening balances, customers, suppliers, items and open orders.
It can, so it never posts on its own. The AI prepares drafts and suggestions, flags differences from the purchase order and possible duplicates, and a person in your team approves every one. AI features are off unless you agree to them in writing. When they are on, the documents they read are sent to our AI provider in the United States.
